my OH had the cottage pie. He said it was lovely. And he hates food that doesn't taste like food. He said the mash was creamy and the mince was perfect. He cleaned his whole plate.

Picked up my cottage pie yesterday, there was also a man with a coupon so I hope he enjoyed his meal like my brother did. I would never pay £5 for a cottage pie. Some of the other items in the range were £8 - you could have 2 meals in the pub next door for that!

I've not had any vouchers either, actually I have never heard from them since I signed up (months ago).
Reverbe, I know you said you are not getting vouchers, have you had any correspondance/emails from them at all since you registered?

I'm trying the moussaka tonight, that was the only thing available, the rest were out of stock.

3 out of 9 tokens and several phone calls with Customer services which ALL confirm they have all my correct details then they say I should be getting ALL tokens...as it is now they sent me one on Thursday to compensate and THAT never showed up. ( we do get post of some sort even junk mail every day) NO emails ever tho aside from a couple plugging offers recently.

Thanks Reverbe, I have just tried registering again as I haven't had even an advertising email from them so I guess they have lost my details off their system some how.

Wildside do try. I have heard that they have issues with their computers and are updating etc... I know I will try to get my issues with them sorted but as they never lose my details, I really cant understand what is going wrong...

I think for those of you not receiving vouchers Channel 4's Royal Mail programme at 9pm tonight might add some fuel to the fire. It is thought around 1 in 10 'valuable' pieces of mail go 'missing' en route from despatch to delivery. I am sure if someone knows Waitroses mailing style, your part of the 1 in 10. Perhaps we should lobby for Waitrose to use more discreet envelopes to avoid such issues - with the amount of people not receiving, this seems to be quite a big issue.

ooh wish I had known about Royal Mail programme tonight when I sent another pay me my money for losing my parcel worth £35 letter today! could have added that to my letter.
