Aureol thanks. I agree . I think it is more likely that someone somewhere at Royal Mail recognises them. We do not have a reg postie these days so must be somewhere else along the line. I have suggested to them more anon packaging- such a brown envelope which are normally bills. The only other thing I have come up with is to make you show ID when redeeming them then they will not be able to prove they are Reverbe (insert real name here). I will try phoning them and suggesting this. I think someone else here (QueenRiderbrekke?) seems to be having similar issues.

Hi Guys,
I'm new on here so apologies in advance if this is the wrong place or has previously been answered however I registered on My Waitrose a while back and have never had anything through. Where on the website should I be checking to see if i should have been sent anything? Would hate to miss out!

Also an aside can anyone tell me what OP is short for on here pleas?

OP means original poster ie the first post on the subject.

I don't think there is a way to check if Waitrose has sent you something, I just click on where it says 'Taste It' in my waitrose and it usually says something like You should have received your exclusive voucher to taste something from our range - luckily I have always received the voucher. It took about four months from the date I registered to receive anything.

I agree, i still haven't received anything since the trout!! - last summer!! :eek: so something is not right somewhere!

Waitrose know that there is a problem and are trying to sort it I think.

Don't think it is a missing post issue, think it is more a database problem.

Same here, registered last year and I've only got the voucher for the pizza, and that's because I've sent them an email to ask why I haven't received anything.
I gave up on receiving anything from them now!

And me, so looks as though nothing new been sent just yet. Perhaps they are waiting until Mother's Day is over & will send an Easter item.
