Don't think it is a missing post issue, think it is more a database problem.

Queen I dont think it is a datebase issue in my case as every single time I call them they seem to have all my correct details etc and also I have recieved some before.. every customer service advisor says they cannot understand why i havent got my vouchers, put me down to recieve every one, send me replacements after checking my details yet again etc etc.

The fact that they have sent me replacements and noted date replacement was posted to me makes me seem to be inclined to suspect more of a post issue

Further to previous, my cottage pie etc token has just turned up.Posted at the start of February!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has a use by date of 10th Feb so useless to me now. But just interesting. This does seem to confirm as Waitrose Customer Service commented that things are going walkies etc. Did not get it in any envelope from Royal Mail that said to the effect of we have found this in some pilfering posties hidden stash etc- just snuck in with my normal post.

We are adding this info to a list of mail sent and never recieved or sent to us and never recieved which we are going to contact our MP about.(as Royal Mail dont seem to be at all bothered by our constant issues and give us only the coverall brushoffs) Makes one wonder this is only the surface, We can see these are not arriving but how much is sent to us we dont get that we dont know about .

Queen I suggest you examine your post to see if you have issues also as I know you havent been getting your vouchers either.

No, I have a good postie and apart from this issue all of my post seems to arrive, get most of the freebies I send for and the ones I don't get are the ones that others don't get either if you understand me, lol!

Same here, have never had any voucher's from them but I do get most of the freebies I send for and have not noticed any other issues with post. Nectar & Tesco vouchers all arrive ok as well.
I have just tried re registering with them to see if that helps.

Wildside and Queen just a thought. I was very grateful in a way for these going missing as by their very nature it has highlighted where the issue is.Waitrose send them by TNT which Royal Mail tell me is only handled by them for the last mile etc.As we have had Royal Mail sent (to us)and posted(by us) items go missing, then this indicates the problem is local Royal Mail.

I hope you get your issues sorted soon, Have suggested to John Lewis/Waitrose marketing that they send more anon looking envelopes as perhaps posties have noticed and worked out what these are ie free food.HTH.

Have Waitrose stopped the vouchers for free stuff? Its been several months since the last one (family meal) and I'm sure I used to get one through every month.

I also just had some money off vouchers through the post today for £10 off a £80 spend. I wonder if these are instead of the tasting vouchers...I hope not!
