Join my waitrose tasting panel- samples & vouchers

I dont brigid. I call them . As they have been going astray for a long long time, I peridocially check the site every few days to see if another product is being tested..if they mention a new product in my Waitrose for the panel to test and I havent had the voucherI call them. I have them on speed dial now even.Even when they send me a replacement or once two replacements, they never reach me. Royal Mail are their usual piddle poor when it comes to taking this serioously.#

Last time this happened a few weeks ago they made a record of when they sent out my replacement token and when that hadnt arrived 5 days later I called them.

(ladles and jellyspoons you can feel free to check my history on this thread as this has been an issue ever since I signed up last year and I am not the only one)

No voucher for me either - just dropped customer services an email so will see what they say! They are normally pretty good as I wrote a letter a few weeks ago as I found a hair in my pasta bake and they sent me £20 to say sorry x

Only recently joined from looking at the freebie forums on MSE and had put it to the back of my mind

Received the ready meal voucher but had to go to the store twice as all the three choices were sold out first time

Postal service round here is a bit strange as even the council think things should have arrived before they actually do, so from some of the previous postings think I may be lucky to get any more

Why do bills and junk mail never get lost in the post though

The lady who i had in Waitrose was lovely when I gave her the voucher, just asked to check it was the correct size and then said something along the lines of its nice when we can get something for free (think she may have been a bargain hunter too)

None for me again. i emailed them when i didnt get the last one but they never replied.

I checked my account and it is still showing the previous meal voucher. But I never received that one. But DH did, so wasn't too fussed about complaining about that one.

raven and aureol in my case it is a matter of complaining when out of the last 12 or so I have had only 3... I asked them to send in something less identifiable as it surely must be a case of wandering post...

No Reverbe, I agree with you, you just do not seem to be receiving them, so either they are not being posted out or the postie has realised what they are, or someone working at Royal Mail.

I was just saying as DH had got his, I was happy to go and get the meal with that one.

I honestly don't know what to suggest to you. You have done everything practical.

Phoned twice for the last voucher and still didn't get it, lol!

Is there another voucher yet cos mine still shows the family meal that I never got:o
