Queen it seems the kebab, mince pies and macaroons didnt get here but the Pizza did. I spoke to a nice lady in customer services who says she doesnt know why I didnt get them but cant tell for sure if they sent them. I have been put down for all future mailings and she is arranging for the mince pies one to be sent asap.

Just to note I did all the reviews for every product I recieved immediately and in depth.

No, I had the 1st one for the pasta and sauce, so I know what they look like and I check all of my mail throughly just in case there is something like that.

The nice lady I spoke to today is making sure that I get sent the mince pie voucher but doesn't think they will backdate any of the other items, but she has to speak to the relevant department and see what they can do:D

It's a shame though cos my account says, hopefully you should have received your duchy mince pie voucher by now, and my archives all say the same thing for each of the other products, so god only knows where the vouchers ended up!

Same for me, I haven't received anything since the pasta and sauce and I wouldn't miss a letter with a freebie in it :D Have emailed them today so we'll see what they say. It's a bit annoying because I regularly shop in Waitrose so it would be nice to get something back.

Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/
  • Received my mince pie voucher today with a handwritten address and date stamped by customer service so that it's valid until 7th December:D

They have also promised to look into why I have not received the rest of the vouchers although they did admit they had been having problems:confused:

I had a lovely email from customer services yesterday who have promised to send me out my voucher for the mince pies :D

I did point out to them they needed to speak to their mailing house as there were lots of us that were not getting them - sent them a link to this thread :rotfl:

So hopefully it should get sorted for all of us soon :T

Sorry, but that is just rude! It is naive to think big companies are unaware of sites and forums like this, infact they benefit from them. You need to read the bit on here which says BE NICE TO ALL MONEY SAVERS.

Maybe you could explain that to me - politely! The waitrose panel is there to send out vouchers on a monthly basis, if we are not getting them then a - we as the customer feel let down and b- the company is not getting service for its money.

If you are honestly deluded enough to think that all of the major companies are not aware of these boards then I think you are sadly mistaken. Martin has a mailing list of over 4 million people every week which equates to more than 5% of the UK population, serious consumer power as far as big companies are concerned. You only have to read any major newspaper to realise that these boards have a high profile.

Now just a reminder - please be nice to all moneysavers :D

Thats right, because you never see Martin on telly promoting this website do you?
This must be the biggest deep-cover site in Britain.

I think you are the clueless, and rude, and in all honesty BRAINLESS person.

Now make sure you colour in properly and keep within the lines, theres a good boy :rotfl:
