Thanks for reminding me of this.

I only ever had the Pasta & Sauce, at the time the web site was having difficulties and after trying several times I finally managed to post my review (took four days to post it) So I was rather disappointed not to receive anything else to review.

I have just looked on my account to find that I should have had the pasta, rainbow trout, summery kebabs, seriously macaroons, pizzeria pizza and the latest duchy mince pies!

I've checked my details and they are correct so where have my vouchers gone?

Will be phoning them tomorrow to let them know ju8st how disappointed I am!

I've had the pizza and got a coupon for mince pies today! I had to email them as I had been a member for ages and not had anything then the pizza coupon arrived!

The vouchers are on the end of a letter which could be mistaken for a piece of junk mail - especially if the voucher is folded under the mailshot - so could you have thrown them out by mistake?

Thanks everyone for the advice. I'll send them an email. I did a review for the pasta and sauce when i received that. On the My Waitrose website people are saying that when you remind them the vouchers will start coming again.

Queenrider good luck. I noticed my last voucher was printed off addressed to MR nobody of no street, nowhere town or something like that and a sticker over the top with my name and address on... They should help if you contact them as I did. I was actually contacted by them after commenting on the forum but id be proactive.

No, I had the 1st one for the pasta and sauce, so I know what they look like and I check all of my mail throughly just in case there is something like that.

The nice lady I spoke to today is making sure that I get sent the mince pie voucher but doesn't think they will backdate any of the other items, but she has to speak to the relevant department and see what they can do:D

It's a shame though cos my account says, hopefully you should have received your duchy mince pie voucher by now, and my archives all say the same thing for each of the other products, so god only knows where the vouchers ended up!
