Customer service at Waitrose are definitely listening. I got my mince pies voucher today (date to use by extended to 7/12/09). Very happy0

I'm just wondering what to do now as I haven't received any vouchers since the rainbow trout
.. do I just email customer services in general or is it someone specific I need to contact? Do I need to give them my community username etc?

All I did was email them from the email address that I use on the site, and explain that I had not had anything. You could email them your name and address too - save a little bit of email ping pong!
They sent the vouchers out to me no problem at all :money:Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
Thanks Kimitatsu, have done that and so far received an automated response and a 'feedback' email saying something along the lines of 'you should have been sent the correspondence from waitrose' ... which I already know!
That was all they have said...did anyone receive the same kind of response? Shall I wait or just send them the email again its like they haven't bothered reading it and I got two automated responses instead! x

Got my voucher, after I realised they hadn't of sent me any of the previous ones and sent an email to customer service.
Mince pies were okay though, couldn't tell that they was 'organic'0 -
I still haven't received any emails/letters from Waitrose customer service since the two automated responses. Anyone else having the same problem?Take a break

It was a long time after registering before I got anything from them, by the time I got my first voucher I'd forgotten I'd signed up! I think they must take a while to set people up in their system so don't give up hope just yet.0
