Got my card in February this year, started with £250 limit, increased to £500 in May, and then £1250 in September! Always pay more than the minimum payment, APR is 34.080% and cash/cheque rate is 41.200%.
Hope this helps!0 -

I have a Vanquis card along with a couple of others.
The trick I have found to increase your limit reasonably quickly is to spend close, but not up to, the limit each month. PAY THE BALANCE IN FULL EACH MONTH as the APR is sky high.
After a couple/few months of being near your limit, they review and, generally, increase so long as you pay in full each month.
I think a little bit of cash withdrawal wouldn't go amiss but make sure its a small amount so you don't pay a lot of interest. Again, make it a small regular amount so they know they're getting some earning from you
Worked for me on three cards.never eat yellow snow0
