  • Vanquis has changed their criteria and now lend a maximum of £1000 to each customer.

This is stated on their website. Ohh they now offer a choice of 3 card designs.

no, what it says is 'A sensible credit limit starting from £250 to £1000' - so they start you between £250 and £1000 with normal rises.

The card design is correct, damn I missed out on a better card by 5 days, sheesh!

The new card design is much better!

The one I have looks like it's from a kid's play shop.

Do they charge for replacement cards? I'm sure I read somewhere that they do, can't seem to find that information on the site anymore?

funny you should say that, I called to ask when mine was sent (got told the 9th) and to ask about a marker to say I was going to Spain (next Tue) - I also mentioned the new card design, he said he didnt know which one I was getting (as it was produced last Wed) and if I wanted I could ring up and request a new design

It doesn't - its not true. Basically there has always been 3 designs (abacus, blue & gold) and their limits usually stop around the £3k mark.....

The 'new' card design is the revised visa logo and also advertises their name...
