Vanquis Increases / Statements

I doubt they will lower my rates in a bid to keep my custom. I hope they do, but can't see it happening.

I suspect they'll just close the account without attempting to keep me.

Hello all

Hows about this for a turn up for the books, I recieved a call today on my mobile, I was at work, so looked up the number and it was Vanquis, so I called them back, anyway, long story short, they accepted me, I am so pleased! My credit report is a mess!

So basically I applied yesterday at 13:30, with them advising me they will be in touch within 10-14 days, and then by 13:30 today, I had been accepted :-)

My credit score must be looking better to them now. It still looks cr*p to me tho.

Just been turned down a business loan of only £5000 :mad:.

You have managed your card well and Vanquis have awarded you with an increase, continue like that and this will only improve your credit score.

Do you have any defaults etc which may be having an impact on your score.

My statement is due to be produced tommorow it will be interesting if I get an increase. I will not be suprised if I don't ROTFL
