thats great ta. I havent been outside the gate since last sunday cos the snow is too deep and my boots let in like sponges. Cabin fever setting in ...!
Not sure about getting them online, if the snow's set to come back on wednesday then the post wont get in again and I'll be left waiting.
temporary solution could be plastic bag over your socks before putting boots on.
Supermarkets around here have plenty wellies in stock too but that could be because we've had almost no snow.

  • My husband bought wii from costco and he said it was cheaper than Amazon. But I can't remember how much he bought it for.

Anyway, We don't shop at costco as much as we did before. As we think it's not that cheap to shop there and you have to buy like a dozen to get the the bargain.

But I founda pack of 12 egg (both chicken and duck), a pack of 8 massive croissants is a lot cheaper than in supermarkets and also tins of mackerels and tuna are well cheap!! Those are what we go to Costco for.
  • Thanks Sami_bee for the hint on the cous-cous! I've never used Approved Foods so I'll look into them.
I can't find my receipt to work out the exact cost, but I know it was definitely a better price than the supermarket.

I've just seen on HDUK a poster referring to an offer on Sol beer in the new Passport. The Sol offer starts on 13 December.

Does any lovely person here already have the new Passport, and if so, please could they post the offers. I wasn't expecting a Passport before Christmas, and am very excited!!

    TIA
