Thanks for the thought -they're the people I get my 75gm tins from (they do a lot of other yummy stuff as well, and give excellent service) - they used not to do large tins. Off to order now!0 -
I've been looking for this one for years after having a tin from somewhere. Many thanks:T I love it too;)Hi

Daft question: I bought a (small) tin of this before Xmas (I got carried away !) but so far haven't found a use for it. What dishes do you you use it in please ? (especially in such quantities)

I use it for any recipe that calls for paprika as I just love the smoked taste. It really is outstanding in goulashes etc0
-
I put it in my soups .0

I add a bit to chilli con carne, it gives it a nice 'barbeque' flavour. It's also lovely with roasted root veggies (I usually use carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, small potatoes) and it's also lovely in a spicy soup made with the same root veg. I use it a lot lol, I love the taste!0

One short answer - Cosco!!
As I make goulash nearly constantly (my OH is a big lover and I am asked to cook it for every party going), I buy Paprika in 1.5Kg (or maybe 1kg) at Cosco.0 -
i love smoked paprika, use it in everything!
I'm off to Spain in March, I'm going to see if I can get some more. I got a bag once and it was pennies for a huge bag.

...as well as all the things mentioned above you can use it by the pinch to add taste and colour to things like prawn cocktails, egg mayonaise. Any sort of vegetable mix like ratatouille, and paella...
I think you have enough suggestions to use a small tin by now!!0
