Debate House Prices

In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non MoneySaving matters are no longer permitted. This includes wider debates about general house prices, the economy and politics. As a result, we have taken the decision to keep this board permanently closed, but it remains viewable for users who may find some useful information in it. Thank you for your understanding.

No I wont, because those guys are just as bad. All people want when they come to MSE is information about a problem they may have, whether its debt issues or how they mule credit cards or how they reclaim bank charges or how they repay their mortgages or which pension product is best for their circumstances.

If they come on MSE to have a discussion they should go to DISCUSSION TIME, do you see? The clue is in the title.... it's not rocket science is it?

    :rotfl:

To be fair here buddy, it's you who is coming across as the aggressor here with hurtling personal insults around.

That is for the playground, or perhaps DT;)

You've made your point, move on.

In short you have an opinion, and insist we should a) Hear it, and b) Do as you say.

Well the tone of your last few posts is exactly the style you have complained about

    Pots and Kettles...........

Their not taking away your right to discuss things, their moving the discussion board to an area of the website where discussions are grouped together.

    Its logic, innit.

whereas you'll be on there telling them that they should buy because house prices are about to soar.

    bore off & stop trolling.
Chewy, this is what everyone has been saying, instead of letting everyone have their point of view it always ends up with one side calling the others trolls because they dont agree.
Why did you not try to debate his reaction instead of name calling?

let him without sin cast the first stone. you've all thrown insults around at one time or another. as Rob (snoooze) rightly said. You have caused this with all the rowing and now you have to deal with the repercussions. Grow up and deal with it, you baby.

Mitch, look who is missing? As soon as Broders finishes work mewbie and all of his others will turn back up in the playground and start hurling insults and just lately they have become very offensive and rude.

because a spade should be called a spade, and he is, quite clearly, trolling.

There is no point in discussing it.

If you've any brains you'll be able to see straight through Martin's opening post and what it really says :

"I'm sick of all the arguments and complaints coming to me through the 'board guides' and 'abuse' channels for this forum and as a result it will be getting binned off to the Arms in (x) days. Feel free to have a good b!tch and moan about it before it gets moved."

No surprise really as you've brought it on yourselves for behaving like children this past 3 months. Well done.

    Rob
Very well put Rob, look forward to your views again in the new part of the forum.

See my post #13, I have not made any such complaint, I'm easy wherever it might be, or even if the whole lot is deleted.
Please stop trying to pick a fight were one doesn't exist, unless of course, you are the owner of this website

So a thread about an idea to move the board because of bickering descends into bickering. Looks like the board is being cast into the wilderness...oh dear. ;)
