    Goblin, how's the job going?
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

hi all, hope your all getting on okay, hope things pick up for those who need it.
not too bad at the moment, plodding on.
mum unfortunatly had to have one of the cats put to sleep last week as he somehow managed to get home without the use of his back legs? the vet said it couldve been either poison or too much vitamin k, but a bit of a blow even though he was 11 years old. suprised ive not fallen apart but am taking as a sign im coping better and ive got a hold of my depression instead of the other way round.
still trying to not let the stress of working with people i do get to me. i guess im struggling to understand why people are the way they are, deal with the situation im in and let it go over my head.
im trying to keep positive though, plus look on the bright side of things, like my oven working again as mum had a nosy with it and fingers crossed ive got a fully working oven again.

So sorry to hear about your Puss cat :(

I had my appointment with my Psychiatrist this morning.

He thinks the root of my problem is a 'Personality disorder' rather than Bipolar (relief - at least they can't take away my driving license!)

thanks raksha, glad to hear your hopefully gradually getting to the bottom of things.
i hope everyone okay and hugs to those that need it.
not too bad at the moment, just wondering where my two days off go to. i look forward to sunday afternoon as ive mon and tue off but work always seems to drag, days off fly by and paydays dont seem to come round fast enough plus the money doesnt always seem to last as long as i want?
im keeping in contact with my doctor with my problems in work plus all the other stuff and trying to get a more difinitive diagnosis other than anxiety and mild depression seems to tricky as i do worry about myself and some of the stuff ive experience, ie seeing things out of the corner of my eye thats not their. although the doctor does seem to be rather sympathetic and better than the others ive had dealings with about all this.

hi everyone, going thru a bad patch at mo, tired all time, lack energy and crying most days.
sons were 17 yesterday, and it was the first birthday withthem not living at home, which hit me hard
other worries also, danny is about to become homeless any day now, and i'm worried sick where he will end up
not sleeping, and am comfort eating again, resulting in a lot of my clothes becoming too tight.
i know writing it down and sharing gets it off my chest so to speak, and i know i can get thru this again, current meds not helping, despite being on them a few months, have appointment with cpn on monday
    hugs to all
    xxx
loves to knit and crochet for others
