Good luck, sh13505. I wish I knew more about the situation - not from a nosey point of view - but then we could perhaps advise a bit better. I can understand you not wanting to though. Hopefully it won't be as bad as you think. I have had situations where Ive convinced myself that people will react in the worst way possible and then have been surprised when they didn't. They are your parents, after all, so hopefully it won't be as bad as you think.

The short version is that in just under 2 weeks, I've threatened to kill myself and the police were called. Last week, I ran away and the friend had to pretty much beg me to come to his and he called a taxi for me. He also admitted that he has informed my parents about what has happened and he said that they hadn't said anything to him yet. I then ran away on Monday - he had to beg me to go home and that I had to tell my parents what was going on - he originally told me to phone them; but I couldn't as they were both working. I finally told them on Tuesday morning and said that my friend would like to talk to them - because they need to know what's going on and that we need to decide where I go from here. I informed him that I told them and they said I could give them the home number and that he can call them.

good luck sh1305, i'm sure it wont be too bad, and your parents will do all they can to help you, (((hugs)))

been a long night here for me, daniel was in a real rage earlier, and as hes so big, i felt powerless as well as scared. he's been pretty ok lately and this has come right out of the blue.
despite daniel leaving me battered and bruised, i am determined to make this my second alcohol free night.
sazzy nearly friday hun, you can come out of hiding lol
tiff, i keep leaving you a saucer of milk near the catflap
    hugs all

I hope it all goes well with your parents, sh1305. They need to support you through this and not berate you. All the best for the weekend.

Shaz, sorry to hear about Daniel. Well done for another alcohol free night. I had a couple myself because I knew I didn't have to go anywhere today. Need to get on with the hoovering this morning, which is my most hated job.:( Why can't they invent a quiet one?

That did make me laugh shaz! Sorry for being so scarce guys, we've had a really full-on week and just no time to post. But TGIF! :j :D And what's even better is I have half day off this afternoon!:j:j I'm meeting up with my mum to do some window shopping in Covent Garden and really looking forward to it. We haven't done that kind of thing together for such a long time and given that it was her birthday this week and it's also Mother's Day, I guess it's kinda appropriate :)

Hope everyone's doing ok. Will try and look in over the weekend.

    Much love to all,
    Sazzy xxxxxxx

Thats a deal! I can't stand hoovering but I quite like ironing. I make myself a cuppa and put something interesting on the tv and just iron away!

Did someone say the were doing the ironing, mine is on it's way. I detest it:p

Shaz hope you are ok hon. My DH was drinking too much, he decided to stop all together and for the first few days he woke up with a terrible headache. I think it was just his body trying to get rid of the toxins. Well done on sticking with it.

    az have a afternoon off.

I'm not feeling too bad today just sick of feeling so tired. Maybe if I got off my lazy backside I might feel better:o

Bring your ironing over and I'll swap it for some of my hated jobs - hoovering and mopping floors!

I am so fed up with feeling tired too. I had no get up and go this morning whatsoever but have made myself clean up. Nice that it is all done but now Im even more tired.:( Still need to get the chilli cooked for tea but that won't take too long and its my last job today. Ive a friend coming at 3.00 for a cuppa and a chat and that will be nice.
