Hi guys
Been giving some thoughts to where my life is going and feel it is time to call it a day on living together.
Right now, I feel terrified and would like some help with coping with that feeling. I am so out of my comfort zone just now.
I need to find somewhere to live, move out and set up the internet - I have done them with my OH but not alone. Once it is set up, it should be OK but the setting up is what scares me the most.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0 -
Sh1305, I had to go for a test 3 weeks ago and was really nervous about it. I was sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. People who came in after me were being called in and I was just sitting there.
This is something that really annoyed me yesterday, along with all the doctors and nurses going for lunch. Because of yesterday, I couldn't eat for 6 hours. I thought I'd be there for a maximum of 2 hours, so didn't bring any food with me. Didn't want to make myself ill so didn't get any food. (I'm wheat intolerant)Sealed pot challenge #232. Hi CCstar Everyone is scared when doing something alone for the first time but keep telling yourself you can cope.Having moved so many times you know all about finding somewhere to live,as to the actual move the moving firm handel most of it you will just have to make sure everything is packed well so nothing gets broken. If you have problems with the internet the isp will talk you through it to make sure it is set up.You WILL cope and just maybe you will be happier living alone as i know you have not been happy for a long time.I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you as everyone deserves happiness life is too short to spend it in misery.0 -

You will get there. Moving is incredably stressful but once you get set up on your own you should feel happier. Im dreading my next move to but it all helps to make us stonger. Getting the net set up can be a bit tricky but once your on your way its not so bad.
Take care of yourself.

Is a houseshare or moving in with friends an option?Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

CCStar the unknown always seems scarier than it actually is.
Hello to Part Mouse xHere dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Hugs for you, CCStar.
It is scary but please don't give up hope. Take things one step at a time. Think about things you have done in the past that were frightening and then turned out to be ok. It can also help to think about each single thing and say to yourself "what is the worst that can happen here". Usually you can't think of anything that is really bad and it probably won't happen anyway.
The internet is easier than you think. When I had my first computer it was really complicated to get yourself going but nowadays you more or less plus everything in and away you go. PC's usually know you have plugged something new in and will install it for you really easily. If you buy new the shops are usually very helpful at getting you set up and, even if you buy second hand, Im sure the people selling will tell you what to do.
All the best - hang in there.0 -

I know the NHS have to save money and can't give people individual appointments and then stick rigidly to them (I suppose they have to allow for the fact that some people may not turn up and so get more people in than they have time for?). But Im sure it could be much better run than it is. I really can't see why you should have to wait 4 hours! That is far too much. Perhaps a complaint in writing would be appropriate?0
