    Thanks

Im under a psych but there on a 6 months roatation so i won't be seeing her again. I ended up having lots of changes with meds as each doc has a different idea whats best. Tried calling the out of hrs number, first time my phone went to voice mail, called them straight back and they haven't even returned my call.

Oh that's no good you should be able to get hold of someone at out of hours. Try them again x
Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.

*sighs* My friend hasn't told me when he's going to talk to my parents. I can't contact him (why, I don't know) he won't answer my email or answer the message I sent him last night. :(

He has finally replied to my text. However, my signal is being weird and won't allow me to send any text messages or call anyone.

been feeling rough all weekend - constant (or nearly constant) 'butterflies' in my tummy - like when you're waiting for a letter or phone call which could change your life.

    I'm guessing this is anxiety?

While I'm here - does anyone know anything about social phobia?
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Hi Raksha I know a little as my mum used to suffer from it,she had problems been around people especialy groups.I remember on one occasion she left the hairdressers with her hair full of bleach as she just could not sit there any longer and if we went in a cafe she had to sit near the door, also whn we went on holiday she would send me down to breakfirst on my own it did not bother me a i was a very sociable child .She was on meds for years but eventualy it improved and she was able to do most places.

Could do with some reassurance please:
Friend is on the phone to my parents. He knows I want to be there when he calls; but I have no way of contacting him. I am worried now what they're going to decide to do with me.

To make everything slightly worse, I haven't been entirely straight with my parents either...
