Yeah, I'm in the flat atm. I have no idea why I ran away - when I went to my friends' flat, he did ask if it was him or whether I'd had an argument with my hallmates.

Hope you are well as can be,I am fine Been out today to have coffee out and I told a friend about my recent split,He said some comforting words to me and my eyes just welled up and my stomach knotted inside and I just cried and cried,I so miss him but I know deep down we wont work and its only been a week too.I did phone him for a chat but I now feel it was a mistake and wont be calling again.

I have an emergency appointment with my neurologist tomorrow. The nurse who removed my plaster today noticed some of my symptoms and said I had to be seen ASAP.

I always read the thread but never post, but I've had a really crap day today and have managed to drink a bottle of wine this evening which has just made everything much worse. Don't need any hugs, I can't even tell you why my day has been so bad because I'm too ashamed, sorry.

Hi Alison,Welcome to the thread,sorry you have had a bad day hopefully tomorrow will be a better one.Not suprised the wine has made you feel worse as alchohol is a depressant,no need to be ashamed we do not judge people on here.It might be an idea to drink some water before you go to bed it can lessen the effects of a hangover in the morning.

I knew this was coming:
I asked my friend at the weekend when he was going to talk to my parents (I don't want him to do this) and he said "probably Sunday when my son is not here". I asked him yesterday if he'd talked to them and he said "not yet". He emailed me last night and said "I don't really want to talk to them".
