hi rbk, sorry to hear your not doing too well at the moment, but at least your back home, which must be good news? staying in for 2 weeks, dosent sound too good tho, could you not pop to a local shop for a magazine or something, i often feel better for just leaving house and seeing other people. if you lived nearer me, i would call round for a chat and keep you company if you wanted.

They probably won't consider the brain surgery because I have to many patches of brain damage from my stroke and car accident:( Neuro was so horrible.

I feel rubbish tonight.

Hello just seen your post as I didn't go on the computer yesterday. I didn't have my usual walk round the park yesterday but I did manage to get up early ( for me ) and walk to a dance therapy class which was quite far away and then walk my daughter to and from an appointment across the commen. So I certainly got lots of excercise.
I very nearly didn't go today because it was just so cold and windy but I forced myself! Feeling a bit like I might be coming down with something. So chilled even though the heating is on full blast!! x
