evening all, katie, lovely to hear your doing so well

feeling really down, seen ian today as a friend, went shopping, bad mistake seeing him again, he is as selfish as ever.
when we said goodbye, we had a nice friendly cuddle, which i've missed, then he starts to let his hands wonder, and i brushed them away, he not interested in me, not properly he dont care about my kids or nothing,. just himself
sat here crying and confused why, miss the cuddles, and friendship we had, but dont want him back when he lies about things etc.

hi rbk, your proberbly right, i need to get over him, and not see him again, but it seems so hard to be alone again, and not get any nice cuddles. i'll get over it in time, i'm sure. i just thought he was the one.
