Hello went to the park today and was so cold on the way home due to the icy wind.
Beachbeth what about trying some relaxing essential oils in the bath and some herbal teas. Valerian is good to help you sleep. x

I should have thought of that myself, Ruby! I have peppermint tea in the cupboard and find it very relaxing!

Pipkin I was thinking of you today also - how are things with you? Pipkin honestly, sometimes I look at some of those threads and think, "Is this the same one, or a different one?" Lol but maybe it's just I've been hanging around MSE for far too long?! It all comes round again if you hang around for too long:D

    Hi Saz

    How are you?

I've had a difficult week, so not spent much time on here, but yes, if you hang around for too long, it all just rolls into the same old same old :D

Embarrassing moment today when I ended up crying on the train due to a particularly bad morning :o I felt a right nana and hoped no-one was looking. I just felt incredibly frustrated, hence the tears :o:D

Anyway, all's back to normal this evening.

    Hope you're ok :)

Aww are you sure you're ok pips? Many's the time I've sat on the tube fighting tears, sometimes successfully, sometimes less so:o... and occasionally I'd realise someone was looking at me, wondering whether to say something or not!

You can always let off steam here, if it would help at all hun xx

I'm ok, thanks for asking, altho it always gets me down somewhat when Mondays come around... and I didn't sleep great last night, which doesn't help either. Winter just drags on and I just long for spring.

Anyhoo. Enuff of my moaning! The big plus was that we got home from work tonight to be greeted by the wonderful welcoming smell of a stew in the slow cooker, all ready to eat, so no need to start cooking after a long day working and commuting in the cold. And it was lovely!:)

    Hope everyone's doing ok.

    Much love to all,
    Sazzy xxxxx

I'm looking forward to spring too, Saz.

Winter just seems to drag on and on :(

We had a gammon joint in the SC today.

I love my slow cooker and wouldn't be without it :)
