I spent christmas up mums today with my sister and dad and of course Mum,I dished out our xmas pressies and watched each other open them,I was an elf with my elf hat on

I had a lot of presents a new purse and manicure set from my friend who I dont see anymore sadly.

purple cardigan from mum

mum had given me a purple jumper but it kept slipping off me and didnt feel right.

I had a special ring from my boyfriend and he got me a ring from H Samuels as it is of a sparkling diamond and it is a sign of his commitment to me in our relationship

I wear it every day but dont wear it overnight in case I scratch my face on it or it catches the bedding and it goes back in its special box it came in so that it is always safe.

Well only six and a half hours to go,don't forget the samaritans they are still open today.I think lonliness can be a state of mind.I am i the same posistion as you with two boys at home and i have not had a partner for 12 years but do not often feel lonely.Sometimes it would be nice to have a hug or someone to talk to.
but i keep myself occupied so i don't have time to think too much i think that is when people get down if that makes sense,try and loose yourself in the TV, doctor who,the royals,corrie and eastenders tonight.I don't watch a lot of tv as i work till eight but really looking forward to tonight.I think you are missing Ian but i believe he is coming over tomorrow i hope it is a lovely day for you to make up for today.

Thanks hope you got some nice xmas pressies from Gilly! and he got some nice pressies from you.I gave my boyfriend a Muse calendar and Muse dvd as he likes Muse so wasnt too difficult to get for as usually I have trouble getting men presents.Dad got his own as he knew what dvds he wanted so that was easy for me etc.

Shaz do ring the Samaritans if you want a chat,they are around 24/7
