    Hello lovelies :hello:

Apologies for recent scarceness (is that a word?) on my part. Been a bit busy in the lead up to xmas. Just wanted to say a quick hello coz we're visiting my folks tomorrow and then seeing Gilly's family after Xmas, so may not get much of a chance to post during the next few days.

And sorry too that I can't post replies to you all at more length, but I'd like to extend the warmest of welcomes to joesaunt and Gemma - pull up a chair and post whenever you need, the folk here are really lovely. The biggest of hugs to Shaz (and wishing you a very Happy Birthday sweetheart), Miro, CC, Tiffy, MessedUp (that was such a sweet pic hun). And an even bigger welcome back to Feelie :hello: - which is so weird because I was just thinking about you earlier today!

And an extra helping of Seasonal Sazzy Smackaroos to regulars past and present, including - but not limited to - Gem, Clipboard, Beth, Tulip, RBK, LadyM, Amber sunshine, plushroom, poppycracker (how are you hun?), ILGD (same goes for you:D), jenniewb, maytaurus, dawnylou, ethel, gazbag, bunnie, rose07, la cara and whitevanwoman. And same goes everyone I know I will have forgotten - it's old age lol - and o'course not forgetting all you lurkers out there :)

Your kindness and friendship to me over the years has been amazing - it's what started (and kept) me on the road to recovery and I can't thank you all enough for that :kisses3:

I'll wish you all a very Happy Christmas, but I'm hoping to pop back before then.

Much love as always, to each and everyone of you. Remember that you are all very special people - and if Sazzy says it then it must be true! :D

Right, I'm off to kiss my gorgeous Badgie under the mistletoe:)

    Love,
    Sazzy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks for making me feel so welcome, it good to know there are some lovely people in this world.

Miroslav, I had to have my bestest oldest friend put to sleep in October, I miss her dreadfully, but, it was time. I felt selfish keeping her alive in the end. I had her cremated and she is at home by the fire now. It was so hard in the last few weeks trying to get her to eat and keep it down and have her purr like a train at the same time. Enjoy Christmas with her.

    Happy Christmas to you all

    xxxx

    Welcome to the thread!

Sorry to hear about your pet. I've lost two already this year. One died at home, the other we had to not let suffer. As soon as this one shows any distress, we'll do what is best for her. At the moment, apart from being tired and not eating as much, she's doing okay. She purrs her head off alot at the moment, so she's just feeling a little sorry for herself, but it can't last too ling as she's being spoilt and is soon purring again! Let's hope she survives a little longer.
I've not looked in here for ages, and was surprised to see so many old faces. I often think of you all :)

Feelie :T Nice to see you!

Miro - Sorry about your Kitty. I know how much your furry friends mean to you. I often think about you, hope things are as okay as they can be.

I'm alright. I had a baby 8 months ago, and I'm medication free as I'm breastfeeding. I'm on the waiting list for Psychotherapy and should hopefully start in 3-6 months, no updates for a while though. Still find things hard, anxiety and agoraphobia are quite unmanageable.

Congrats on the baby! Pleased to see that despite still having the anxiety and so on, you are getting along well with new baby!

Here's hoping this one survives a little longer. Step 1 Christmas, Step 2 New Year, Step 3, first weekend of New Year and so on. Every day is a bonus.

Do you mind if I join you in here? My OH has bi-polar disorder (diagnosed and being treated) and I feel like I need a support network.

Come to think of it, are there any support groups out there for families/loved ones of those with BPD?

Welcome Gemma. Join in here as much as you like :T I'm not sure about support groups, but this thread is a good start.

Nice to see Tiff posting again, belated Birthday greetings to Shaz - 21 again! and Merry Christmas to everyone :T (don't worry Saz, I won't be wanting to kiss your badger, under the mistletoe or anywhere! ;) )

hi gem, how are you hun?
the boys behaving better today, they been outside for the last two hours building a giant snowmen, first time they have gotten along for any length of time.
me and ian had a good chat, and sorted things between us, he is still spending xmas with his family but he will be with us boxing day. he realised how close to losing me he had become, and is making more of an effort, says next year he will spend xmas with us. he got me a lovely radley handbag and purse, and a cuddly toy.
    hugs
