Guess what the weather was today?
You know the answer - this is getting ridiculous. I know the UK has rain and accept you get rainy days but it totally pssed it down today.
Went to the dentist and he can't fix my tooth but recommends going to Harley Street. I can't afford them and he didn't recommend any specific one. My dentist is far too regional and have basic technicians.
Had a nice tea and bottle of bubbly this evening. We needed cheering up. Got a load of food shopping for the week and some Christmas food.An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
:eek::mad: :beer:

Rain rain rain!
Dentists are hopeless. I've still got troubles from years ago caused by dentists.
It seems one of my cats is a bit under the weather, so may need to go to the vets. All the horrible thoughts of losing yet another are with me. The last thing I need0 -
Hugs to CC and jennie xx I'm so sorry not finding the time to post as much as i'd like to right now :-/ Just lots going on at work, and stuff that needs sorting out in terms of life admin, there never seems to be a spare moment to post here. Have got some time off around xmas, so hoping things ease up then.
CC it's important that both you and OH get the support you need, otherwise your relationship with each other (and others) is bound to suffer xx.
Jennie - do you feel that the psychological support you are receiving is adequate for your needs? Maybe you could have another chat with them to discuss the difficulties you are still having and how they might support you better? Just my thoughts hun xx
Hi blinky :hello: lovely to see you hun - how did the wedding go?
Hope everyone wraps up warm today if you need to go out - it's really cold out there.
Much love to all, I may not post as often but I do think of you all every day,

Made me laugh when I read this! Despite being very open and honest with my M/H team, they discharged me on tuesday. It would have been funny if it wasn't so serious...the lady says to me "did you know your discharge day is coming up", I simply said "yes", without any more then a 2 second pause her next sentence was "do you know your discharge day is today".
TBH though, although they did give me a handful of sleeping pills which helped me to sleep (whilst seemingly prompting more insomnia) they were not easy to talk to- a new person to see each time I went made it hard. And I think I know more about my condition then they seem to. Its a long story but when you have something like this going on in your head, it becomes your responsibility to learn whats going on and you learn not to rely on others if they disappear every time you see them. Its not as if I feel I can rely on my M/H team, its not the first time I feel they have sorely lacked supporting me. Think I'm better off without them.
I am lucky enough to have my own psychotherapist (at the moment) which I pay for rather then having to worry about it being snatched from me by some sort of funding body as a result of having more then my allocated 4-6 sessions! I have learn a lot of stuff which has given me some strength in all of this mess- but its such a strange thing- depression/anxiety comes along and every ounce of strength you had just vanishes....never gotten my head around that one0 -
Slept better
I can cope with winter alone but if someone brings me down, I find it hard to bounce back. How do I cope with psychic vampires on top of winter?An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:
