Hugs to CC and jennie xx I'm so sorry not finding the time to post as much as i'd like to right now :-/ Just lots going on at work, and stuff that needs sorting out in terms of life admin, there never seems to be a spare moment to post here. Have got some time off around xmas, so hoping things ease up then.

CC it's important that both you and OH get the support you need, otherwise your relationship with each other (and others) is bound to suffer xx.

Jennie - do you feel that the psychological support you are receiving is adequate for your needs? Maybe you could have another chat with them to discuss the difficulties you are still having and how they might support you better? Just my thoughts hun xx

Hi blinky :hello: lovely to see you hun - how did the wedding go? :)

Hope everyone wraps up warm today if you need to go out - it's really cold out there.

Much love to all, I may not post as often but I do think of you all every day,

Hi CCstar not sure why it is so quiet as it usually gets busy this time of the year maybe people are busy with xmas coming up or some are not up to posting at the moment.Sorry you are finding things hard with OH but as you say it is hard to help someone who will not help himself.Have you offered to go with him to the Doctors? i understand him not having a lot of faith in them but isn't it worth a try? Also not sure if i have asked this before but have you thought of going to relate as a couple? that also is worth a try and if you both work together you may find a way forward.I know you said your mother has not been in touch since the argument but have you contacted her or are you happier without contact?.I really don't want to make you feel any worse but i was in the same position years ago i had a big fall out with my mum and was too stubborn to contact her as i believed she was in the wrong, anyway she eventually contacted me and she was going into hospital for tests so on the saturday i went to visit, the next morning i got a phone call to go to the hospital and she had died, this was totaly unexpected and an enormous shock but i am so glad that we made up,don't think i would have been able to live with myself if we had not.

We tried relate a few years back and he kept shouting at me when I spoke about what bothered me. The counsellor did nothing to intervene.

I'm not stubborn about contacting my mother and if she wanted to contact me, I would be OK to her, I am scared of her rejecting me again if I call her. She seems to be more proud than I am but she holds grudges. When my OH answered the phone at our son's flat, she went quiet on him and spoke OK to our son when he took the call. We are not missing her demands or her negative personality. She is very controlling when we are in contact with her, so feel free of her but it is sad it has gone this way.

Today was the first day it hadn't rained for days and I felt so much happier. Even my OH was a lot more uplifted. So I reckon the weather has really got us down.

I find winter hard to cope with myself, so find it even harder coping with someone else who can't cope. I need help myself.

    Hey everyone.

Sorry I haven't been around that much lately.

It's my birthday tomorrow and OH and I are going to the mall and then out to lunch. OH's mum has put him on her insurance temporarily. :)

Then on Thursday I have an appointment at the hospital to maybe find out why I'm so fatigued all the time. The appointment was originally for the 10th December but I was offered an earlier appointment and I took it because I hate playing the waiting game.lol.

    Thanks hun, on both counts.

I kind of don't care what diagnosis they give me, as long as I know it's not all in my head. :o

had some good news earlier tonight, daniel's school rang, and said they would have both boys to stay over tues next week.
i text ian, to see if he wanted to go out with me that night, save me paying for a sitter,
answer from him, i'm playing pool that night, thought he would have given up pool just one week for me.
    feeling very upset
    am i being unreasonable?
