    Heya Bunnie.

Sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment.

With the night anxiety attacks, I'm having something similar - except mine is that I see made up scenes from horror movies I have apparently invented myself in my head. Weird to say the least! CPN thinks it stems from an aspect of my childhood. Who knows? What I do know that it is very frightening, so I can definitely empathise with you.

I can relate to the horror scenes as well. Some of my horror ones manifest into full blown hallucinations, the doctor has previously diagnosed them as hypnopompic/hypnogogic hallucinations. I've relocated away from where I lived before so I guess it might be worth me seeing my new GP and explaining things.....feel like I'm going mad xx

Hi Bunnie. Sorry to hear you are having a hard time at the moment. I would definitely discuss it with your gp.

Your cat looks really cute, Miro.

hi bunnie, my depression gets worse this time each year too, usually starts around mid september, I bought myself a SAD lamp, after a recomendation from a friend on this site. i find dark rainy days the worse, and have no motivation whatsoever, but the light does help a little

I'm so icy cold today, can't get warm at all. Went to my working interview this morning which turned out to be a really awkward experience as the agency had misinformed both myself and the company so it's back to the drawing board.

Just waiting for hubby to come home and then we're meant to be heading out to a bonfire and fireworks display.

    Hope everyone is well today.
  • Thanks for showing us a pic of your cat Miro, what a cutie!

I hope everyone is doing okay today, and hopefully Bunnie is feeling a little better.

I'm a bit lost at the moment, although I have 3 other cats who take up my time, so i'm not fully alone.
