Your cat sounds lovely and very special, Miro.

Very. I am biased when I say I feel I have had the loveliest 5 cats in the world, but they are all adoreable and I consider them part of my family rather than a cat owner. I am their servant :o

    Thanks RBK. Appreciated

I hope everyone is doing okay. The cold nights are on the way, so plenty of nights by the fire and on MSE working out how to pay for the fuel

Just so you can put a face to my little Dopey. She wasn't blind when this was taken, but she had her eye illness last year, which you can see, had healed. My other cat that passed in April, Paws, is in my avatar.

I'll have to change the avatar every so often so they both get air time, or whatever the term is :o

An angel no doubt. Behaviour was impeccable, apart from pushing others out of the way of the food, even when blind and unwell :o She never meant any harm though as she loved her brother and sisters, but her eyes were bigger than her belly :o

She's as docile as she looks and more :o But arguably the most clever. You couldn't trick Dopey (apart from tapping her on the back of the head and looking away, letting someone else take the blame ;) )

I don't like cats, but that is quite pretty.

My sister has a cat. I bought it a toy, and the stupid cat hates it

Miroslav - Sorry to hear of your loss :(

I've come back over here for a while because things have slipped and I feel at rock bottom again. Looking at patterns it seems I start feeling depressed when the clocks go back and the evenings get darker earlier, might actually see my GP to see if it's related to SAD.

It kind of kicked off when the temporary contract I was doing came to an end because the person who had been off on long term sick returned. Since then I've had promises of jobs that have turned out to not exist (agencies for you) and am due to go to a working interview tomorrow.

My only solace at the moment is my kitty cat, who has been a constant companion for me since I've been out of work.

The only thing that is concerning me at the moment is that at night when I go to bed I get anxiety attacks, I start to nod off to sleep and then something comes into my head and frightens me....recently it's been thinking my husband is dying (he's not) I'm not sure how to shake this off.

    Heya Bunnie.

Sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment.

With the night anxiety attacks, I'm having something similar - except mine is that I see made up scenes from horror movies I have apparently invented myself in my head. Weird to say the least! CPN thinks it stems from an aspect of my childhood. Who knows? What I do know that it is very frightening, so I can definitely empathise with you.
