hey all, hows today so far? We're just back from Aberdeen, I'm trying to persuade DH to help with the housework :rolleyes: and have got distracted myself.

Hi and *big hugs* to dave, donkey, wobble, little monkey and everyone else who is new that I've not seen. *big hugs* to amber, sazzy, beachbeth, LM, tulip, tiff, miro, shaz and badgie, gemini, ilgd, and anyone else I've forgotten . *extra big hugs* to plush, what a rotter blaming you for everything. I clean when I'm stressed too, even opening a bill in the morning can set me off so I know what you mean. It's therapeutic isn't it.

OOh thanks beachbeth, I'll swap you ironing for hoovering if you like!

Thanks hun. Cleaning is very soothing! Though it's moved on to me wanting to repaint my bedroom...that may be a step too far...though there are chips in the current paintwork.

not at all, if it helps, go for it! I wish I could repaint the whole blooming flat but its hard to get paint for free!

I agree totally, Amber. I was quite astounded that someone should join a thread where people had mentioned how bad a picture had made them feel and then repost that very picture. This to me was quite nasty. Then when Poppy wanted to show a cat picture she put a link to it instead which I thought was very considerate of her. Yet LMonkey had to respond to this in a very nasty way too.

I suspect Troll activity (the thread re cats proves this to me) and there is no place for this kind of nastiness on this thread because we are all here to simply provide help and support.

I just painted a bookshelf and made a complete hash of it - even a week later it´s still sticky. Think I might have used too much paint ... oops ...
