Morrisons do a fake meat by a company called redwood, much nicer than quorn in my opinion, my local supermarket sells it for £1.37.

Holland and Barrett also do a range of dairy free cheeses and spreads, also very nice.

Plain salad on a roll is ok, cucumber, sweetcorn, peppers, spring onions or onions.

Theres a company called vegusto who do an amazing range of dairy free cheese and they also do lovely burgers, site is well worth a look.

This thread is making me hungry.

You can buy frozen vegan chicken bits in Asda too that I have with lettuce, tomato and mustard in a baguette.

Mashed up chickpeas, vegan mayo, sliced celery, spring onions and salt and pepper on granary bread.

Peanut butter and banana or chocolate spread.

Asda do vegetarian versions of Green/Kalamata Olive tapenade (It's vegan too (:) which I have with whole olives and salad leaves, and they also do a Bruscetta topping too which is basically olives, sun dried tomatoes and peppers, which are both super tasty for a speedy sandwich.

Oh, yum!:) I have to find these in Asda.

My fav pre-packaged sandwich is a veggie one from M&S. It's brie, cranberry sauce and (halved) grapes.

Don't think anyones mentioned jam yet.:p
