  • Hi

I seem to have a glut of cream cheese and was wondering if anyone could suggest any nice (vegetarian) sandwich fillings/ ideas I could make with it to get it eaten?

    Thanks.

  • Cream cheese and pineapple is good, especially with black pepper.

  • Lots of diced peppers...I like yellow and red best, diced celery all mixed in, then with a bit of lettuce. Really nice and crunchy.

Or, mix in a little wholegrain mustard.

I like it with sliced red peppers or with grated raw carrot & onion. It's also good for making a cheese sauce with for macaroni/cauliflower cheese. I did this for the first time this week having read about it on here! I stirred it into hot pasta & added some salt, pepper & grated cheese (a mixture of parmesan & cheddar) HTH.
