Hi
I seem to have a glut of cream cheese and was wondering if anyone could suggest any nice (vegetarian) sandwich fillings/ ideas I could make with it to get it eaten?
Thanks.

Cream cheese and pineapple is good, especially with black pepper.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

Lots of diced peppers...I like yellow and red best, diced celery all mixed in, then with a bit of lettuce. Really nice and crunchy.
Or, mix in a little wholegrain mustard.0 -
Cream cheese and sweet pickled sliced gherkin from Lidl is nice, we have it with ham but its nice without ham too.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I like it with sliced red peppers or with grated raw carrot & onion. It's also good for making a cheese sauce with for macaroni/cauliflower cheese. I did this for the first time this week having read about it on here! I stirred it into hot pasta & added some salt, pepper & grated cheese (a mixture of parmesan & cheddar) HTH.0
