Went off track last night with a small battered sausage and chips (at least it was 1 portion between 3 of us, thats about the only good thing)

Its great to have so many people thinking the same way. I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one struggling to fight temptations.

Did bit of wii fit this morning (was kicked off by a 7 year old when I beat her hula hoop score ) body test says I put on 2lb in 1 day :o so wont do another body test til monday morning.

glitterball - you are officially on the losers list!

Mind you I think I should take myself off - I have put on another 2 pounds! I need to start tracking again - I did yesterdays food and I ate 100 calories - and no that is not a typo  - I basically only wanted broth yesterday so that was all I had.

Thats something I find really helps me keep track, the accountability of what I really am eating! Somedays its shocking the things you kind of "forgot you ate"

Anyone here part of the "Water Police" as I need shouting at to drink more, over the day think I've had almost 3 (500ml) bottles (lol, refilled from tap that is) but I've been headachey and I think it might be because I've not drank enough, trying to cut down my cuppa's aswell as that leads to 1tsp sugar and perhaps some biscuits if there are any that I didnt finish off the sitting before!!

Good Luck to everyone over the weekend :D

I have had a bad few days. Had a banana and special K bar for brekkie as i was on the way to college and we have ane ater do today so loadssss of fattening food and bready and fried things and deserts.... Just had what i reallly wanted and even then, a lot less than i would have had a few weeks ago.

Made up for the day's indulgences by taking the kids to the part with a frisbee and pushing DD onher bike for about anhour and a half and then a 20min walk to see my sister... so feeling knackered now! But for the first time in a long time, i think i'm going to like having the kids home for the holidays as they're getting to a more fun age - no more nappies or wipes to worry about and we can have more fun when we go out.

Lets hope the weather stays nice coz i plan to do lots of walking for the next two weeks!

Hope everyone has a great and good weekend - it just won't be the same without MSE around!! Might actually have to do some housework or something instead of "working" on the computer!!
    Tara - enjoy the wedding!
Dragon - totally don't understand what is going on with your weight hun!! how can you NOT lose weight with the little amount that you actually eat?!!

Speak to you all on Monday, when i shall be walking to the doctors to see the nurser to get my free WW and gym pass - hopefully!

Been well and truly told off by the practice nurse! She saw me and Dr Dragon in the supermarket and asked Dr D what I ate and he told her - I have to make an appointment to see them soonish after Easter, trying to get my food intake back up to something other than starvation levels!

I hope everyone had a good and weight lossy weekend :D

Is it too late for an April joiner?.....I lost 45lbs last year, which was good, but I need to lose another 40lbs this year to reach a normal weight....and this year I have all run out of oomph...anyway if I can join in that would be most helpful!
