    Hi All,
Good to see everyone joined up again and a load of new comers too.
Well, I managed 7.5lbs in March and am really hoping for another good month. I've decided to bite the bullet and post my starting weight for April - 13st 1.5lbs!!! Idealy I would love to be 12st 7lb by the end of the month as I am off to NYC at the start of May and would love to feel a bit better about myself.
Things at home are still terrible - I wonder every day if I have made the right descision in spliting from DH - I spend every evening alone and the only hint of a social life I have is running and walking.
    Anyway, onwards and upwards.
    Good luck all.
  • Hello all you April Slimmers,
I began the day feeling a tad rough.....woke up in the night with 'stuff' whizzing round me head!!!
Nevertheless, this morning I joined a local gym and spent a short session trying out the machines.
I have had a reasonable lunch and as yet am totalling up 900 cals.!!!... knowing that I am aiming at 1250 cals a day....I now have to get super organised to stay within that restraint. A soup for tea and fruit!!!!
I'm off now to walk the dog and enjoy the sunshine.
Good luck to all that have joined up this month.
    :heart2: Kittycoocat

Hi, would it be ok for me to join in with your challenge?

Been reading past months and think its great to think of 7lb off at a time :)

Really want to cut out crisps during April and cut back on chocolate aswell, one step at a time.

Look forward to sharing this journey with you all.

Leo - I'm almost the same weight as you - well I hope to be by the end of the week anyway! I think you did great to beat the March arget - you go girl!!

Breaking up is hard to do hun, hope you start finding it easier as time passes.
Are you able to get out in the evenings? Maybe go for a walk with a friend or the gym? It might make you feel better than staying in alone xx

OK guys, I failed March's challenge by not doing any extra exercise in the last week so I haven't even bothered to weigh myself. Please please please will you take pity on little old me and allow me to join again this month?! I promise I'll try harder! :D

    Good luck everyone

Sign me up for April too , please, I failed in MArch, managed just 1/2 pounds after doing so well in the first two weeks. That's all behind me now, though, and my trousers are a bit slacker, so I'm trying to stay positive.

    Starting weight 238:o

Hi Guys, sorry to bother you but what im after is a free, of course, diet plan, something that tells you what to eat, & when to eat it! ha ha I know this is very personal but if there is a sort of template for adult men something that can be tailored to individuals id be delighted!
I guess im asking for a lot but unless you ask you dont get!

If this plan included optimum exercises or something that would be even better!

Gonna give it a try, as tomorrow I am seeing the weight nurse at my GP and will be weighed accurately there - and planning to go back once a fortnight to see how I have progressed.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).
