    Welcome Dopeydora and gettingitsorted :)

Well I'm just taking another break from the dinning room as my back is starting to ache again :( and I'm feeling a wee bit tired.

    Dining room marathon tidy:
    Table - Done
    Under table - Done
    Toy Box - Done
    Desk - still to do
Rest of the floor space - still to do!!!

awww Munch has fallen asleep next to me...bless :)

Right I need to go to the index to see if I can find a way to remove coloured crayon from nonwashable sofa covers...munch did a little bit of art while I was sorting through her toy box...brown stuff is going to hit the fan when DH comes home if I can't get it off especially as its his sofa shes drawn on... oops....oh and I've already swarn (sp?) just after seeing the sofa (not very loudly and not at munch but I still did...pants :o ).
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

    Afternoon all :hello:

Its just starting to hail/sleet again here. Glad that I've managed to get home early work - definately counting down now only 17 days to go :D

Not very OS yesterday but plan to make up for it this afternoon by making OH a roast dinner ( won't let on that its money saving as I need to use up the veg) and planning a Hot Cross Bun and Butter Pudding for dessert.

Kiwichick sorry to here about the house - make sure you let everyone involved know that its just not acceptable and get your estate agent working on a rental for you.

Well off for a browse and then its the ironing so I can escape into the bathroom tonight whilst OH watches the football.

    Have fun X

Yawn, feeling a little sleepy now :)

This morning, washing done and dried on line (yaay!), DD to "Rhythm Time", and then we went to a friend's house and did some pottery painting... great fun! The pottery is then going to be glazed, so I wonder how artistic our creations will look!

The weather at home is bright sunshine with blue skies, yet less than 10 miles away it is dark and full on snow storm ... how's that work then!!

Been to the Farm Shop and picked up some chicken, sausages and oatmeal. Oh and for DD to "onk" at the pig and "quack" at the geese ;)

Went to Dunelm Mill for some curtain tape, and picked up some more pink material as I hadn't got quite enough for the pelmets ... ended up buying 10metres ... as it was priced at £2.99 rather than £4.99 (apparently it was in the wrong section, but they honoured the £2.99 price!!! £20 saving!). So it looks like she will be having a matching duvet cover and pillowcase to go with the curtains, LOL.
DD is now watching the Tweenies ..... I could be word perfect soon :( and I am having a cuppa before contemplating dinner for DD.

Steak for DH and I :)

DH is meant to be going rowing for the 1st time this year, but he's currently stuck on a conference call, so I think I will go and dig out his clothes so he has no excuse .. except a snow blizzard!!!

Awwww ((((hugs)))) Kiwi, I'm sure it'll all work out soon. You be strong and make sure you don't let people mess you about (I would have put that a little more strongly but it is Lent after all - LOL)

Well I'm feeling a little bit better than I was - I got dressed, which was an instant morale-boost, and took a walk down to Tesco in the fresh air. Spent what seemed like a fortune cos I usually go half an hour before closing time and raid the yellow stickers :D

Treated myself to a couple of cartons of the decent not-from-concentrate fruit juice for some nice healthy Vitamin C. The apple and mango one is yummy - I hadn't tried it before.

I do wish my headache would respond to medication though :(

((((hugs)))) to kiwichick. Much as I love moving house, it's bloomin' stressful (yes - and I like going to the dentists too :D)

Now - about giving up alcohol for lent - can I just give up chocolate please ;)

A bad night that was turning in to a slightly better day has now turned in to a pig of a day.

It look like my lovely lopped eared rabbit has died. She was not well this morning and this afternoon when husband got back from work she was dead. He is just about to remove from the hutch and take her to the vets to be disposed of. As I don't want to bury her in the garden in case the cats find her and dig her up.

I know with all the other things in the big wide world with wars and starvation it does not even rate on a scale of one.

And to cap it all when I called to made a appointment this morning for the doctors I was told I will have to wait until next wednesday

Hope everyone else is well and take care.

    Yours

    Calley
