((((((((((Kiwi))))))))))) We're all here for you.

Well, Ofsted have been and gone. They observed me today and said that my lesson was "satisfactory with some good points" - which was on a par with the other teachers in my school. Anyway, we all suspected what would happen but we are now in special measures. The advice from the head has been to go home and relax! Just out of interest, any teachers/parents on here who have had experience of special measures? I just need to know what to expect!

Anyway, OH is going to bring us a chinese takeaway. Bad, I know, but I can't be bothered to get up from the sofa now. Shame it's Thursday tomorrow and not Saturday!

My achievement of the day is that I've managed to put the WM on. I just haven't had time to do the smallest of tasks!

Anyway, enough doom and gloom from me. I'm going to open a bottle of wine now :D

    Vicky

I told DS that when you hit 30, you take 10 years off, so you can tell everyone you are 31!!!!! Mind you, it all worked fine with me, until DS told the neighbours that he was 7, and Mummy was 21, I got some strange looks that day!!!! :embarasse
Hope you have had a great day xxxxxx

Talking of aging,at what age do you stop getting spots? I'm 40 for goodness sake and I've got a huge spot on my chin  What is going on? Is it a side effect of diazepam(muscle spasm in neck ;) ) or horrors is it early menopause

I am supposed to be having another driving test at 10.44am tomorrow. If I feel like this I'll not be anywhere near the test centre.

    Al.

LOL @ Kiwi, I remember those removal days well. (hugs)

Just tell the instructor that you're a hairs breadth away from a nervous breakdown and your emotions are running hotter than a nuclear reactor then give him the choice of passing you there and then or he can take his life in his hands and risk a test with ya! LOL

    Good luck for tomorrow.

(((Hugs))) to all those in the process of moving at the moment, or contemplating it in the near future!

A colleague at work is due to complete her house purchase on Friday and the vendors' solicitor called today to tell her that the vendor would be removing all of the carpets before Friday unless they cough up a large amount of dosh. Thing is, the vendor lives in Devon and the house is in Lancashire. Personally I would have held out and risked it, as I think it highly unlikely that the vendor will drive up from Devon to rip carpets out of a house. They never fit anywhere else anyway!

Yet another boring day in the office for me. I am really not enjoying my job at the moment AT ALL! Posted a couple of books at lunchtime, but it was a dreary trek through the rain to the PO. As you can tell, I'm feeling a bit down at the moment. When I get home I'm too tired to do anything.

I think I need some time off to do 'me' things. I seem to be running round for others all the time.

Sorry this is so negative, I usually feel a bit brighter. We all have our off days I suppose.

Hope you all have a nice evening.
