Such lists already exist on such sites as whoscallingme.com, Say No to 0870, etc. As these companies regularly change their numbers - and in any event also use a changing and vast pool of contractors - compiling a useful list would be problematic and very time consuming. Safe to say, if you are being chased by Poxburghe, sorry Roxburghe ignore any call originating from the 01932 exchange unless you live there of course.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Im adding all the different numbers to the same contact and then when I answer it im pretending im someone else and then put them on "hold" whilst I go and try to find myself to put on the phone.

That always seems to take ages for some reason.

I am new to this forum but a big PCN fighter with tens of succesfull appeals against TFL and London councils.

I have Graham White Solciotrs on my back [for my father in laws PCN] with their letters of intended litigation for... non disclosure...

    My questions are as follows:-
    1. How many people did they take to court for PCN's and did they back out?
    2. If Roxborough UK license is about to be revoked, why are these solciotrs still regulated by the SRA?

I have been sent my final warning letter from Graham White Solicitors the Con artists (as referred to on this site). they have sent it to the company I own in the North East, with no name on it or who it is intended for. No registration or when or where the parking violation was so I have ignored it. However it has caused me numerous sleepless nights as the letters have become more threatening. I am disabled and display a correct badge at all times. I can not afford this fine or the debt interest charges they mention.

Is there any way to stop this constant harrassment from Graham White and Michael Sobell the solicitor in particular who are scaring me now.

Well if you have the Final Warning letter then you can see where you are in the letter-chain by looking at the pictures of the scam in the top sticky thread. You may be at the end, have a look.

TBH the letters are nothing and they don't come from a Solicitor, they come from Roxburghe Debt Collectors using that headed notepaper.

The only time you really need to take a stand is if Roxburghe ring you, maybe passing themselves off as an employee of 'Graham White' which is a scam to scare you.

If that should happen do not be scared of the call, be assertive and say:

'the alleged debt is denied. Your contact by phone and letter is harassment, which is a criminal offence. You must cease contacting me completely, either as Roxburghe or when you are pretending to be 'Graham White Solcitors'. Any further letters or calls will result in reporting Roxburghe to the authorities for harassment, which I am certain you wish to avoid seeing as the Office of Fair Trading is currently minded to revoke Roxburghe's Credit licence.'

    :p

Saying the debt is denied should be enough if they phone you. Either that or have fun with them by keeping them hanging on the line, playing musak at them, etc., as suggested in a link on the top sticky thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I had to have a heart scan at Glasgow Hospital. The heart scan is in two parts and the first takes an hour. I am very disabled and in my 60's and as the few disabled parking bays were full I parked in the empty Ambulance and drop off bays. The Ambulances are not emergency Ambulances they are the ones that bring people in for appointments. I was not able to get an Ambulance to take me to hospital so took my car instead. I have written to APCOA and explained that I am very disabled, I had my blue badge on the dashboard in full view, they have sent me a picture of the back of the car and side but not the front displaying the blue badge They are being very unreasonable and telling me I have to pay the sum of £20 or it will go up to £40 and then will keep increasing until I pay. Should I pay the £20 now and write them off, or should I stand my ground. If they want to take me to Court I can take my medical records that will confirm that I am ill and very disabled. What should I do? Please help

Have just registered to say thanks to everyone on here for putting my mind at rest! I forgot one day to move my valid permit from my husbands car to mine and got a ticket from PCN northwest. They complicated things by putting a note on my window which said that if I parked there again I would be subject to a fine. Thirty minutes later they came back and put a ticket on it. Not having read this forum before I immediately queried it as this note has previously been used inhouse to warn when parking enforcement is about to recommence (I work for an education provider where parking is not a year round issue). They informed me that this was designed to give thirty minutes warning to short stay drivers. Nowhere on the note does it say this. All attempts do get them to acknowledge the unfairness of this as I live close enough to work to have resolved the situation if I had known about it have failed, and now I know why!
I am now into the unremitting hassle from Roxburghe and Graham White and have unfortunately spoken to someone from Roxburghe as they rang my mobile when I was expecting another call. I had already decided not to have any further contact until I had got some tips from this site on how to deal with the situation and had therefore been steadfastly ignoring their calls and letters, including the notice of intended litigation I received today. Thanks to what I have read on here I will continue to do so. Hopefully they will get board and go away, but if not I might even try for compensation when they take it to court as they promise me they are going to!!
