    ALWAYS check to see how much it would be to book direct !

    in term time it can be cheaper to go direct than book via the SUN

    BUT if you need school holiday dates you will ALWAYS make a good saving

    also the European sites you will always save loads
  • does anyone have the codes for January 2013 pretty please? completely forgot about getting this booked eeeek. I just need 9 codes as I have booked before and have the priority code already. i can provide this if anyone else needs this? many thanks in advance:money:

    CODE WORDS
    1) (bonus word) = LAND
    2) Sat 5th Jan = POOL
    3) Sun 6th = YEAR
    4) Mon 7th = WISH
    5) Tues 8th = TALK
    6) Weds 9th = MEAL
    7) Thurs = TONE
    8) Fri = HOPE
    9) Sat = SONG
    10) Sun = MARE

    each priority code can only be used once
  • Hi - I booked one of these breaks for four days in May - it stated in the brouchure that the entertainment passes for this site were free, but when I rang to pay the service charge they wanted to charge me £16.00 for them.

    When I pointed out that it states in the Sun brochure that the passes were free I was told that Park Dean do not do any free passes and that if I wanted to use any of the facilities within the park I would need to fork out the extra £16.00. They did say I could take the matter up with The Sun, but, of course the telephone lines are now closed as the deal has ended.

    Just another way of them making an extra few quid from you I fear.

    The lines do not open until Feb 28th ...

    You will receive your holiday confirmation by February 28, 2013 or, if unsuccessful, your payment will be returned by that date. If you have not heard anything by this date please telephone our hotline on 0844 543 9743 (calls cost 5p per minute from a BT land line and may be monitored or recorded for staff training purposes
  • I am new here, and I hope that I haven't missed the boat for a reply! Anyway, I applied for a £9.50 sun holiday and I sent the form away weeks ago. My husband said that the cheque has been cashed but we have had no confirmation by post or email? Does the cheque being cleared mean that we have got the holiday or do they keep the cheques in a holding account untill it is confirmed? (hopefully not to make some money on it?). We booked for March and April? I also want to know how to use the codes for next years holidays (if I get this years).

    you will hear by Feb 28th ,after which time your cheque will be returned if you haven't got a holiday ( or they may contact you offering what dates and parks they do have )

    next time round ( April ) you will receive a priority code and if you don't you can email to request one
