Because i have internet banking i recieved all my staements online so i dont have them to hand do i need to print them all out or can i just rely on my breakdown of costs that i worked out from those statements ??0

As you already have your court date I wouldn't bother printing them off unless or until you do actually get called to court.0

I have just sent off my first letter on Friday to the Halifax with the Ten pound cheque (before i realised it was Friday the 13th!)
I know that online claims can go up to £5000 but I live in northern Ireland and found their claims on line and its a bit confusing as there are different things to claim for and i gather the highest you can claim for here is £2000 is that right does anyone know?0 -
Is it possible (advisable) to make a claim for bank charges against a bank if you are still overdrawn?
Any advice would be most appreciated.0 -
frankiegirl, if you sign up for the CAG Forums you'll find users there who have/are claiming in NI. There are threads there relating to the Northern Bank.
Yes the limit for the small claims court is £2,000 but that shouldn't stop you putting in your claim.0 -

Yes its possible and Martin's article advises you to open an account elsewhere as soon as you start your claim incase they decide to close your account.0 -
