I'm on the 8th day of my first letter being submitted to the Abbey, and i haven't heard a thing off them yet, now do i give them 14 days or 14 working days before i send the 2nd letter?0

reply from IF this morning, they are putting together details of all charges applied to my account & in this instance they will do it for free, so kind lol.
So just waiting now...............0 -
Update : i've had a letter (superfast) in response to the LBA i sent F Direct on Monday this week (21st). Having offered me 2/3 before, they now state that they have nothing to add, & refer me to the Financial Ombudsman if i remain dissatisfied.
EEk should i proceed immediately, or wait for the 14 days to expire. I'm worried about the next stage as it's a whole new ball game.
