What to have with cauliflower cheese?

We are actually having this tonight. I usually cook pasta with the cauli to make a sort of half macaroni cheese/half cauli cheese, and this evening I will be adding some chopped sun-dried toms to the sauce too. A meal in itself with some salad on the side. There isn't a great deal of pasta or cauli left today tho so we will be having it with garlic baguette to stretch it out.

I usually put chopped sausages/bacon and button mushrooms in with it and we had it with some left over spinach the other night and it was lovely. Salad and garlic bread is also good with it.

Love Cauliflower cheese usually have it with sausages (tomato sausages even better) some potatoes and fresh/tinned tomatoes.


Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm wonder if I have any cauliflower in this has made me want some as well now

We have it with fish or gammon/ham. I know it can be a meal in itself but we're very greedy here!

We have cauliflower cheese with a crumble top, a jacket potato, some tinned tomatoes and gammon steaks or if not available, normal bacon. VERY FILLING and my fave meal, too I love the combo of cheese sauce and tomato juice and salty bacon...I have a salt tooth!
