To the right of the internet address box, one end is Martins face the other end is the white arrow in green box, only if you have protected MSE of course :)

Interestingly, I see Egg are promoting an alternative piece of software called Prevx SafeOnline which seems to do the same sort of thing as Rapport..

I have lost my green arrow on Mozilla, I believe this happens when you load a new broswer. I would like to uninstall Trusteer and reinstall, any ideas how I do this?

I had problems getting it to work at all some time back and contact with Trusteer support for info on how to safely and completely uninstall was via the following linkk on their site: http://www.trusteer.com/book/uninstalling-rapport

Since then I got it to work even after subsequent installations of new Browsers like Chrome

    I recently came across this:

"The new malware also has at least a couple of new features. One of those is designed to defeat Rapport, a browser add-on from the security vendor Trusteer that intends to protect connections between a client and a bank server and resist man-in-the-middle attacks. Previously, the anti-Rapport feature was a separate module for Zeus, but now it has been baked in, Raff said."
  • At bank's recommendation I installed RAPPORT and regretted thereafter, PC performance immediately degraded and overhead heavy. Eventually got rid of it and will resist temptation to re-install. Hope bank finds more compatable product as I do understand the need for this type of protection.

I suppose if Trusteer are aware of it they can do something about it.
