Hi and good luck with your journey. I like diarys

Thanks YM I have read yours, I think they are good as someone can read a persons whole story, plus a good way to keep questions ect in one place rather than creating lots of threads.
It is hard seeing it all down in one place in black and white, looking back at the initial trustee interview and thinking how easy and good everything was, hmmmmm how wrong. Still time for things to come good though

It is hard, but it is also incredibly worthwhile. Every now and then I re-read my original diary (up to the OR interview) and my current diary, and remind myself what I have achieved and how far I have come. You are doing incredibly well, and reading your story is going to be an immense help to many people, as well as yourself. :grouphug:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Received a letter today from trustee regarding my car.
he states that the car would fetch offers above £1700 even in this current climate. As such he will not accept any offers from us below £700!
So, I have to pay £700 to buy my own car that should be exempt!
If he does not receive offer of payment within 14 days he will instruct someone to come and take it away.0 -

Oh honey, it's no wonder you're feeling down. To know that your house has gone to the person you had lined up for such a small amount has got to be a kick in the teeth. Sounds like you and your OH need some 'quiet' time. Any chance of kicking back a bit over the Easter holiday, refresh your batteries? :grouphug:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
