Edinburgh Lass and Squeaky, thanks for the clarification. If I've understood correctly, and please let me know if I'm wrong, BS posted information on MSE which identified who she was and her address, and this information could not have been disclosed by MSE.0

Sorry Dora if I was not clear, no BS did not post her own information on MSE but linked to an auction with contained information on her ex.
Then she posted that some unknown person had contacted her ex through Ebay. As this person is unknown to her she can only have found that out by her ex letting her know that he had been contacted via Ebay about her.
No information held officially, ie email address, by MSE will be disclosed to any other user.0 -

My youngest son (aged 10) didn't like the raisins in the Malt loaf. So I have just made on without. I put an extra wheatabix in, and added some cocoa powder. Verdict :- 13 year old son - gorgeous, 10 year old son - ok (he can be a bit picky and he will probably give a better response later but as one of his teeth is nearly falling out, he has found food a bit difficult today), 33 year old hubby - alright, but not as nice as the original. I didn't have any as I am on a diet.
So it worked ok, and took less work than making some biscuits for lunch boxes tomorrow. I might have to invest in another loaf tin at this rate.Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0 -
Black-Saturn, I've just gone and taken a look at your activity on Ebay after reading this thread. Let me give you a warning about personal security. If I had a mind to, all it would take to actually get your full name, address and phone number would be for me to 'buy' an item on Ebay (you sell a lot of low price goods so wouldn't cost me much!) and I would get all those details given by Ebay. If you have promoted your Ebay Seller ID so readily all over MSE hundreds of people from here could have your address by now.
Sorry to hear about your troubles, hope you and the kids stay safe. Do not trust anyone on here, you don't know who they are or where they are. If I was you I'd change my Ebay Seller ID though I appreciate that would be very difficult with 1270 feedback you would need to lose. Stay safe hon and keep your details private in future to protect yourself and your whereabouts.

Ebay Id can be changed without losing feedback, although i do realise that there are drawbacks with this method and not as effective as getting a whole new ID0 -
also pays to be 'sketchy' with contact details on ebay0
