You will find the more techy phones don't fetch no where near as much as they should - check out the i-mate section.0 -
I sent mine on something like the 7th March and haven;t heard a thing yet?...It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0

Drop them an e-mail or give them a ring. I've found them very helpful. Also if you have a bulk or spam e-mail folder check that. I've found that any mail I receive from them goes straight into my bulk e-mail account.0

I sent a fone on the 28th feb - emailed as passed on the 6th march and after a while rang them on the 17th to be told it should land on my ecard by the 22nd - this seems like 14 working days from passing the test or thereabouts - will post as soon as credit lands on the card (theres a number on the back of the card to ring and check - so far its said card not registered). My phone was A nokia 7600 = £47 ecard creds.Aint got a signature - as I cant think of anything world wisely to say.0

Just rang them and they haven't received it
One very sad nutty phoneless and moneyless It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0 -
Bad news that, it's perhaps worth paying for recorded delivery in future especially if your sending a few phones, the freepost envelope is a dead give away if some dodgy toerag comes across it.nuttyrockeress wrote:Just rang them and they haven't received it

Yes I decided best to send recorded and at post office they deducted the freepost bit and just charged me for the recorded part - came in at 60p - recomend everyone does this to make sure it gets there - only takes the person emptying the postbox to have a slightly dodgy nature with the envirofone plastered in big letters to entice.Aint got a signature - as I cant think of anything world wisely to say.0
