I've had the same experience as Misty. Very good service. It was a bit nerve racking when they said they were testing the phone, but it passed with flying colours! Just awaiting my Argos credit.
Also I'm really chuffed as when I agreed to trade in I got £64 for my phone. Now it's only £29.
Too many MSE sending in their phones!0 -
The prices do seem to have dropped since my original post - but for those that have made some money. Good on you all. There's over 13,000 views of this thread so I can only imagine they have seen a sudden influx of phones!.
But they are extremely freidnly and professional when you call them so all credit to them for that. They're phones must be ringing hot.Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.0 -
I too, have had good communication with them. I sent my phones. I've had confirmation of them being recieved and confirmation of them being tested. I also sent one phone off which wasn't the one I selected and they emailed me to check if I was happy with the details being changed.
I'm just waiting for my pennies to arrive and then I'll be a happy girlSometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -
Sent the phones off Thursday last week and have had confirmation of them being received. They all tested okay yesterday so it's just the money now which I should imagine will be next week sometime.
Another two to send off today.0 -

Just had a quick look to see if mine has dropped from when I sent them in - and one has stayed the same and one has gone up!!! only by a couple of quid though. These would have carried on lying around the house waiting for me to put them on ebay. I've got roughly the same amount if I would have sold them on ebay but without the messing around photographing etc and them losing money in ebay fees. Thanks again to OP0 -
Thanks Jason
Received email saying my phoens had been tested, relieved!
I received 5 addition points for every phone from the quoted price, anyone know why?0 -

How are people getting on with the mopay site? Most people here seem to be sending back to envirophone. Anyone sent any back to mopay???Thanx

I found there's a huge difference between envirofones very reasonable prices and mopay "rob your granny" prices for phones.
Having said that I sent a phone which stated I gt £6 but out of that they will take 10% off for charity so I got £5.40. The cheque came promptly within a week.
Beware that mopay have a stricter policy of phone condition and their terms and conditions tell you how much % they will knock off for every problem with the phone.
Envirofone for me!0
