    hi se, starnac and CMD

The outfit was lovely - and I only wore it once!

Just redeemed £5 from bp which is good - every little helps and all that... Went to the corner shop before but somehow left the bread behind which was very frustrating....

Did 35 minutes on the wii fit today which was good - DD did the body test and 1 game and DS did about 20 minutes plus 2 body tests...

  • Morning SH :)
We have 'Just Dance' for the Wii, two tracks on that and I'm usually done for.
As far as Wii fit goes I am very undisciplined and applaud your efforts.

Hi SH, sounds like you're doing well on the Wi Fit. I loved it for a start then got fed up of it. Eldest DS has it on a long term loan at the moment. Might try it again when I get back, especially if there's some new fitness games to try.

Different corners what is 'just dance' like?

hi DC and se - I want to get the just dance game as I have heard a lot of good things about it.... not happened yet tho

OH went on wii fit for 30 minutes today - so that is a result. He has also agreed not to try and buy gym membership for the time being....

Each of our bmi's have been dropping since we started on the wii fit so must be doing some good.... It is encouraging too....

Is really good, a decent mix of new and old tracks.
Really tests co-ordination, or maybe I just don't follow instructions very well.
Don't really need extra remotes either, is just fun to join in.

    Hi all

    Well today I intend to

    Look for work
Set up a coaching slot for me
Do at least 30 minutes wii fit
Sort all the laundry and put it away
Pick up DD from school after club

I have already done my scratchies for the day and withdrawn £5 from V

Hi - have done 40 minutes on the wii fit - and have been able to do more muscle stuff and aerobic today. Before I have been concentrating on balance and yoga as I was worried about impacting my knee. I only had 2 lots of pain killers yesterday. Today I have taken an ibuprofen so far but that is it.

I am trying to get my knee used to having rough fabrics next to it like jeans as well - the skin itself is still quite sensitive....
