Well done with the wii fit SH, I'm sooo tempted atm to buy one lol but behaving myself, need to focus on getting the cards down to a reasonable level first :)

Glad the knee is healing, I hope the different fabrics don't irritate it too much xx

hi bevan - is there anyone you could borrow one from or at least try it out and see if it will work for you?

I have just applied to go on a seminar for ICFBA - has anyone on here heard of them? They are a business group which in theory would allow me to work for them as an associate and may help me in getting work. Not sure if there are any catches though?

The only other person I know with a wii is my sister, and her's is boxed up in storage until her and BIL move into their new house in April lol I don't think she has a wii fit though, I will be patient :) (while checking ebay every day :rotfl:) :D

Can you remember how much you paid SH? Been looking on Littlewoods, I have £14.40 in rewards and the cheapest they have is £115, so in total I will be paying £100.60, is that good? Will also be able to pay monthly like I am at the moment for my ipod

I bought the wii when they were new out so with abut 3 games and 2 numchuks it was £350-400 something like that. The wii fit board was on top at about £65 when again they were hard to get hold of....

I am really chuffed with myself today. DD was in a club until 4.30pm so I gardened for an hour - pruning - and then after picking her up took garden stuff to the tip! So my knee is feeling hugely better. have even cooked tea!

Still not taken any more pain meds

DS is now trying to help DD learn to ride her bike

I did 30 minutes wii yesterday and tried to go for a swim today - got there and pool was shut because pump was broken - I wasn't impressed as I had a bit of extra time on my hands. I came home and ate a bag of crisps and a couple of mince pies instead - bah - no willpower!!! - should have put wii fit on instead

hi milann - no-one can be good all the time. Well done on the wii fit for yesterday!

cc so far comes to £489 - but spent £44 at B&Q today so that probably isn't included yet.... Not done a proper grocery shop this week yet....

OH has just gone out with the kids to look at mother's day cards and pressies for me... which is a first... only a little hinting was required!

I need to talk to doctor tomorrow re another sick note - as current one expires - and don't want to have to work my notice period... Hope that call goes okay

Must remember to ring docs today Lucielle - thanks for the reminder

Just had my first free coaching session - felt fantastic to chat about everything with a non-judgmental external person. However - strangely she wants me to now go away and do something about it.... My task for this week is to declutter my study....! With help from my DD. It will be a weight lifted when it is done though.....

I also want to tidy up and sort out the garden as well as applying for jobs when I see them. Moneywise we are doing okayish despite OH's £205 blip when he put petrol in a diesel car!

I still need to input my final timesheet and expenses and work still haven't given me any help with that. I think I am just going to have to guess and go for it anyway.

I ended up taking 2 lots of painkillers yesterday which for the amount of activity I did I think is quite good....

    to do list

do some work in the garden, some decluttering and spend some time on the wii fit
    still need to have breakfast
pick up DD from school, make tea etc

Have had breadkfast and done 43 minutes on the wii plus 2 body tests. I have also rung the doctor for a sick note and arranged to see a friend for coffee tomorrow.

Next I hope to do the garden altho may need another shower after that workout! I did 9 minutes of step and 10 of boxing in addition to balance and muscle workouts and yoga stuff

I am also going out with a friend tonight which should be good.
