  • See i go by public transport (cant afford a car at the moment and insurance would be about 900 !) so it will get easier for me in the long run.

Ye that is alot to think about, youll know when the time comes though and see if it works out financially.

My OH says I am just making excuses. He doesn't understand the way women need to think/talk things thro. He reckons he can manage with just his motorbike - but I know on frosty days I will be scared for him on a motorbike!

Trying to get OH to deliver the kids to the youth club... it interrupts his electronic game grrr - sticking to my guns....

Just checked out public transport - would cost £12.60 per day plus £3 to park (nearly double the diesel cost) unless OH dropped me off and would be a mixture of train and walking and would take between 1hr15 and 1hr45 each way! Plus if I missed the first train, I wouldn't get into my home town until 7pm. I think at that cost and that amount of effort - public transport would be reserved for rare occasions

Best of luck tomoz. You'll be fantastic and what's meant to be is meant to be. There are too many variables at the moment, you know how good you are at your job, if they don't see that then their loss.

I know what you mean about half speed, I get so much more done when I have a lot to do if that makes sense. Big to do lists now including 4th attempt at passport forms, my stress level is out of all proportion with them now

    Thanks guys

No zone cards that I am aware of.

Financially is still worth doing (I fed the figures into my budget planner) - It's only a temp job... so not a forever commitment....

BZ's foot is black and she is in severe agony - so no not quite okay..... But thanks for asking!

My DS has been crying for an hour and half already today as he has been missing me. I think he a) went to bed too late last night and b) is worried about the status quo changing if I get a job... He likes having me around!

That is all very well but we still need to be able to pay the bills... I need to get a move on and grab some stuff and go to my sis's house..... and get ready for the interview from there. OH is taking half a day off to get DD from school and DS will meet him there....

Hope everyone else has a good day
