Hugs to all.
No plans today apart from meatballs (tinned) for little bear for lunch and my version of ratatouille for tea.
Should wash - weather lovely.
Anaesthetic still in system, and I am worse than yesterday.
Two teeth out instead of one.
Celyn - hugs. Lots and lots and lots of hugs. re divorce stuff - the court stuff could take a long time. If all is well then the divorce could go through in less than six months. However, if one of the people involved is malevolent then it could take years. I would pace for the long haul, and forget about deadlines with court stuff - the court only insist that you work with their deadlines and knickers to anyone elses. Still, at least the voodoo is gone. Hugs and hugs again.

Good morning everyone!
It's another lovely sunny day here I'm about to peg the two loads of washing out :T I'm being very good & ironing it every night so that I can enjoy the smell of outdoors again. I'm going out with my friend today for our usual scoot round Wilkinson's, Poundland & the library. We'll have a sandwich out so that's lunch sortedDinner was going to be sausage casserole but nobody fancies it with the weather being warmer so I'll come up with something else .................. what though I don't know yet!
I spent a lovely couple of hours weeding & tidying the back garden yesterday & I can feel it in my back & stomach muscles this morning :rotfl: It'll be good to be able to potter about again. I got 12 lovely primula's yesterday for £10 so I'll dot them about later for a splash of colour. I've lost 7 big plants in the frost this winter so it's all looking a little bare atm. Thanks for mentioning the magazine Diva I'll try & get hold of it today whilst I'm out.
(((((((((hugs))))))))))) to all that need one today take care of yourselves.

Morning everyone:wave:
Where did the sun go. I can't see the houses across the street for the fog at the moment
Happy birthday VICKY and MUDGEKIN!
LILIBET - congratulations :T
LADYMAY - thanks for the reminder about hayfever. I had planned to start eating local honey to try and build up my immunity this year so I'll pop to the health food shop later and get some.
Had an OS disaster this morning - discovered I forgot to plug the bread machine in last night so hubby had no bread for his jam sandwiches. Instead he raided the fridge and took a cornish pasty and four cooked sausages for the main part of his lunch. He normally has a cornish pasty, jam sandwich and HM snack bars, HM hobnobs plus fruit, but I guess the sausages looking at him this morning when he opened the fridge were just too much to resist :rotfl: But my plans for a sausage casserole tomorrow are now off the menu.
Dinner tonight will be the pasta and spicy tuna sauce that we were going to have last night - hubby produced a Subway meal so I didn't end up cooking after all. Then it's on with the rest of the ironing.
At some point today I *must* pot up some Aquilegia's from my garden and complete a patchwork cushion for my mum for Mother's Day. I managed to find a gorgeous watercolour at an auction a few week ago that she loves so she can have that too.
And if I can fit it in, hubby and I are also going to a nearby town to do a bit of secondhand snuffling in an antique and bric-a-brac warehouse.
Phew another full day
((((Big hugs)))) to all who need them today"carpe that diem"0 -
Morning all.................(((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))) if you need one.
Just typed a long message, went into space....bloominmg thing....very foggy this morning, glad I am not driving to Nottingham.
Into town to take the paper work to the agents, get fruit and salad off the market and go to John Lewis to look at the washers. I had found one on the internet but when I looked last night it had gone up with a wump, so JL look like being the cheapest just now.
Its an Indesit. I have had 2 in the past, both have been very good machines. The first lasted 11 years, the second I sold when we came here. I will miss the professional wahsers we have here they do a hot white wash in just under an hour. A domestuc machine takes twice that amount of time.
Right offsy for my shower, want to be at the bus stop just after 9.30 for my bus pass to kick in...................Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.0 -

the gas board are still digging holes all along the road, I hope they are finished by the weekend as DS1,DIL and our 2 little DGD's are coming for a couple of days.
Sunday will be a BIG day for all of us, as the main purpose of them coming up is to meet our new DGS, we have to go over to DS2 and DIL's house as Social Services said its best if they meet for the first time in his new home environment.
He is such a lovely little boy and comes to OH and me now quite happily, he is almost walking now as well.
(((((((((Hugs))))))))) for all in need today x
Well better go get ready, back later

where gave a life time gaurentee????
It's a long established (been around for years) kitchen and bedroom company. The guarantee stands as long as I don't sell my property and I remain the owner. They are brilliant and will come out for any problems.
My kitchen did'nt come cheap but it was designed exactly as I wanted it and I thought the guarantee was worth the extra.
To give you an example the last time a man came from them he apologized for being late as he had just had to go and fit some replacement hinges for some wardrobes, the wardrobes were 20 years old. When I asked him if they would charge for that after this length of time he said "oh no,it comes under the guarantee".
I don't think I'll be able to ever afford a new kitchen again so the guarantee gives me piece of mind.0 -
