    Hi all

On the subject of letting kids out alone, I let my eldest nip to the corner shop from about 8/9 but there are no roads to cross and I can see her from my house.
    Its maybe a 30 second walk :o

    Shes 11 next month BTW

Just this week I let her go to the precinct alone thats maybe 5 minute walk past lots of friends houses.I droppe her off and let her spend 30 mins before walking home alone.

Shes very mature though and has been into town with a mate and mates elder sister so shes not completely new to being out without an adult.

Angelic, I forgot to say on my post this mornin, your babies are sooo cute, if I didnt have four little [STRIKE]terrors[/STRIKE] darlings already Id be broody :D

London Andy, I quit in Oct 07 and its the best thing I ever did. I had a 30 per day habit or 10 years
If im honest ive gained a LOT of weight but I did get pregnant 3 months after quitting so that contributed somewhat :rotfl:
I feel so much better though and an breathe so much easier and I havnt had a sore throat since I gave up and i sufered a lot with that.

Best of all though I enjoy hearing the budget and knowing that the taxman can stick what he likes on the price o fags :rotfl:

Best wishes and keep up updated
    Hugs to all

    Good evening

Had one of those days today ...lovely sunshine but I was indoors waiting for a fridge to be delivered. Decided to do washing while I waited but when cycle finished.....door handle broke and still cannot get washing out of machine  Good news fridge arrived at 3.30 but now need to get washing machine repaired.

Well done to all of you making those pad's..

Hope all of you giving up smoking will succeed. I gave up a long time ago. It was not easy but I am so glad I did. If I can do it... anyone can.

Pad £5 to NW loan again.
