    Hi again all

My cheque for old mobile sale came today so paid off another £50.06 to Capital One (hope it clears now!!) Another bonus is that the missing tenner hit the Cap1 - only 10 days late but that saved me more phone calls (thats already counted to PAD)

Well, the stop smoking clinic was actually really good. I am going to give the NRT patches a go as its free, and I have signed up to go to a weekly drop in session to get my carbon levels tested so I can't cheat and then get more free patches until I wean myself off. FF I really admire you...9 months is great! I don't think I can do cold turkey though :o

When there, I even told the nice counsellor lady all about the PAD thread on MSE and that my motivation is to use the money to pay off cards. She loved it and thought it was a great idea, so if any newbies coming in are the stop smoking lady....welcome! So Monday is quit day. She advised me to take a couple of days to do some homework and read lots of stuff and write lists of how to aviod temptation etc.

    Welcome back FrasersMum. :hello:

£11 PAD to Natwest CC and £2.63 PAD to HSBC CC

    Total PAD is £13.63

Good luck Andy with giving up smoking, just think of all the extra PADs you'll be able to make!
